Not ever requiring restoration services, I was hesitant, skeptical and nervous about our relatively minor issue. Based on our plumber's recommendation, reviews and type of service offered, we chose Connected. Their work and services were superb and beyond our expectations. They responded to our call promptly, treated us and our property with care and respect, maintained a clean and organized work area, quickly located and addressed our hidden leak, and professionally prepared and cleared the area for reconstruction. I should add Connected's communications and customer relations were flawless with the office, dispatchers, and the service techs. I want to specifically recognize the team of Thomas, Dom and Logan for their knowledge and positive work ethic. ~ ken g

Our plumber recommended them to us and they came out immediately, was very impressed with that so we could start the drying process. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail. They cleaned up the area they had to gut very nicely and even hooked up a nice new temporary sink. They tried to minimize the damage as much as possible and did so honestly. We were lucky and got an amazing adjuster. However they were there when the adjuster came out and worked very well with them to ensure that everything was thought of and gone over. It is extremely rare to find this good of service these days, especially from younger gentleman. We will be using them for reconstruction and for our entire home remodeling that we had planned on doing. ~ Andrea S

Call them! A tiny un-noticed leak from the upstairs bathtub created a huge mess in my garage and laundry room. Being overwhelmed I turned to family for help. They referred me to Connected Restoration. At first I was intimidated with the amount of damage to the garage and knowing that we were going to have to get a company and my insurance involved made it even worse. But as the process started I notice that things were being done in a quick, clean and professional manner. Connected Restoration took care of everything and greatly relieved my stress. As you know, the world doesn't stop when issues like this present themselves. So it was nice to have someone handle all the details for me. From phone calls and discussions with my insurance to demo to the reconstruction. Hope I will never have a flood again, but if I did I would immediately call these guys again. ~ Malia M

Connected Restoration came out to my house for a burst dishwasher supply line that flooded out my kitchen. They have gone above and beyond for us during this whole process! Leak happened Saturday night, demo was done Sunday, adjuster was out Tuesday and we were funded for the rebuild that same day. We are already working with Connected’s rebuild team to get it put back together. The adjuster complimented their work multiple times, literally not a spec of drywall dust anywhere, I was very impressed to say the least. The service they have given us has been far beyond 5 stars. From the initial inspection, throughout the demo to the consistent contact with us is something I truly didn’t expect but I am extremely grateful for! Connected Restorations was wonderful! The crew arrived within hours, removed all water damaged wood, drywall, and flooring, set up commercial fans and dehumidifier. They returned after everything was dry and applied anti-mold stuff. Within a couple days, someone arrived to replace the damaged materials, followed by painting the repairs. Flooring took a bit longer, but the company diligently hounded the insurance company. Overall, all company management and work crews were friendly, helpful, and thoroughly professional. ~ Judy D

Let me start by saying "these guys are amazing"!!! i had a water leak in my wall and they were referred to me by someone and they came out to my house within an hour to assess the damage, and got to work right away!! unfortunately my cabinets and flooring were completely damaged and had to be replaced. the owner knew exactly how to handle it and relieved my stress! let me tell you my house looks way better than it did before! Connected Restoration was recommended by our water softener company when we had a water overflow problem. We could not have been more pleased with the servicemen who came to our home. They were communicative, respectful, efficient in their work. They always called prior to arrival, explained what they were doing and there was always a secondary evaluation of the team's performance to ensure adequate pictures and communication was completed with our insurance company. Very happy with what they have started so far. They have all the equipment needed to start the drying out process. Always calling before showing up to check on equipment. Even coming out at night to fix a electrical issue. Thomas and Dillion were 2 great points of contact. Even answering calls after hours. My family called connected after a friend told us about them they were really fast to respond and made everything as smooth as possible Thomas was amazing ! He was able to answer all our questions and was very communicative and patient the guys who came to do the demo all busted their butts to make the process very fast and clean ! Professional team explained every step, protected the area, no upselling. Cut drywall to fix damage—patched, textured, painted. Can’t tell it was touched. I came home after being on vacation for the weekend and my water heater valve had corroded which caused a leak for a few days. I called connected and they came out next day to fix the leak.
